F116 and F116A Application Forms
Anybody who wishes to sell, manufacture, transfer, repair, test or provide firearms or ammunition to which Section 1 of the Firearms Act 1968 applies, or shot guns, or sells or transfers air weapons must register with the Chief Officer of Police for Devon & Cornwall. The application for registration must be part of a business and cannot be an extension to a hobby.
