When an explosives certificate is granted or renewed the RCA text will be included on the back of the certificate. There is no need to apply to the HSE for the document.
Please note:
- There are some rare situations where the HSE needs to issue an RCA document, ie where the explosives in question can be possessed without an explosives certificate. The HSE needs to be contacted.
