EXPLOSIVES UPDATE
Please note that with immediate effect any powders/explosives, including some smokeless powders, that carry UN0499 and UN0501 require an Explosive Certificate.
If you have lost or found an explosive, you need to contact the police on 101 or 999 depending on the circumstances.
